I didn’t receive the email confirmation of my order, why?

Please verify if:  

  1. you are looking at the same email address used to place the order 
  2. the email confirmation is in your spam folder  

If you are still not able to find the email confirmation: 

  1. It is possible there was a typing mistake on the email address entered during the purchasing process. 
  2. It is likely that the payment did not go through. Your bank might send a message notifying you of the attempt to purchase, but the charge is still pending, therefore we have not received it. In that case, a new order needs to be placed.
