Please verify if:
- you are looking at the same email address used to place the order
- the email confirmation is in your spam folder
If you are still not able to find the email confirmation:
- It is possible there was a typing mistake on the email address entered during the purchasing process.
- It is likely that the payment did not go through. Your bank might send a message notifying you of the attempt to purchase, but the charge is still pending, therefore we have not received it. In that case, a new order needs to be placed.
