Click on the link in your confirmation email, and this will lead you to the download page. If your order also contains digital photos, the video will be at the bottom of the page after your photos. Right Click (if using a Windows computer) or Control-Click (if using a Mac) on the "Download Video" button and choose the "Save Link As..." or "Save Target As..." option to save the video on your hard disk.
