We start uploading the images shortly after the event and the tagging process can take a few days to complete depending on the number of participants. There are 2 reasons why you could be missing one or more photos.
- We have not completed the tagging process yet. For very large events, this can take up to 5 days after the event.
- Often photographers from different media outlets are at the event to document the race and they might have taken your photo. They are not part of our team and unfortunately, we do not have access to those images.
