Why do I have the wrong photos assigned to me?

There are two reasons to why you might have incorrect photos in your gallery: 

 

  1. We are still in the early stage of the assignment process. We upload the photos in waves as they are processed and tagged but we will continue correct mis-tagged shots.  
  2. Your running number was changed at the expo. It might take us 24-48 hours to update it from our side. 

 

In both cases, if after 48 hours from the event you still see the wrong images in your gallery, please contact our support team by opening a ticket.
